Reviews
This chapter book about friendship is well-written with all the elements of a good story in mind. The main character is presented with a problem on the first page, which makes the reader excited about how she will solve it. Any reader will feel her struggles--the teasing of the two friends, her insecurities, and her desperate need to be appreciated despite her size. The ending is a happy resolution! It will leave you smiling and wanting to read it over and over again. The bonus coloring pages are a delight. I can’t wait to read this to my granddaughter. (Rina Macaranas, stay-at-home mom, CA)
Thank you, Chrissi. You sent me and my daughter such lovely gifts. My daughter and I love books. Felicity could not believe that the book "The Three Honeybees" was for her when I gave it to her. I told her it was from a writer friend from the United States. She immediately told me, "Pakisabi, dad, na salamat po sa nagbigay." (Please thank the person who gave me the book.) She went on reading it. And told me later that it was a lovely story. Again, thank you, Chrissi, not just for the gifts but most important of all for your friendship. These will be treasured. (Billy T. Antonio, English high school teacher, Philippines)
